Tiffany Houck is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business with a focus in Spanish and minors in German and History. She has spent the last 6 years working in international and domestic marketing for companies ranging from Automotive Manufacturing IT Solutions to direct response marketing firms specializing in the survival and supplement spaces. Tiffany is fluent in Spanish and speaks German on an intermediate level.
Tiffany began her work in Guatemala in 2010 as an intern at Morning Glory Christian Academy, where she served as a substitute teacher and provided assistance to the director with fundraising, physical education, natural disaster relief, short term group logistics, and more. She also became knowledgeable in Guatemalan culture, politics, and education, and would help in providing valuable information to American visitors. For the following three years, she spent months out of each year being mentored by, learning and growing under Lori Nij, Director of Morning Glory. Additionally, Tiffany served alongside her husband, Samuel Houck, as a translator to short-term volunteer groups who provided mobile medical care in rural villages through local mission funded hospitals.
Tiffany and her husband, Samuel Houck, live and work in Nashville, Tennessee, and co-run CEIBA VIDA operations. For the past 5 years, they have been heavily involved in frontline anti-human trafficking efforts, specifically in the Nashville area serving with Last Call 4 Grace Ministries. They hold advisory board positions with For the 1 - Mary’s House, a local ministry focused on providing safe refuge for victims of domestic violence and sex trafficking. .
